What time is check-in?
We guarantee that your room will be ready by 3 pm. However, if you arrive before this time and the room is ready, we will be happy to let you enter it.
What time must I vacate the room?
You must vacate your room before 12 noon. You may check out at a later time at an extra cost, depending on availability.
What payment methods are accepted in the hotel?
We accept cash, cards (Master Card, American Express, Visa, Maestro, EC Karte, Diners Club) and bank transfers.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
Es Figueral is 30 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca airport. If you wish, you can book the transfer service from the airport to the hotel through us. You must book the service 72 hours prior to your arrival. To book the service, please send an email to info@esfigueralnou.com with your flight number, the date and time of arrival, number of passengers and number of suitcases. Please contact us any time to enquire about the cost of the service.
Are there any restaurants close to the hotel?
Es Figueral Nou is located in the centre of the island, making it the perfect location for visiting the neighbouring villages, which are just a few-minutes' drive away. The villages of Porreras, Algaida and Sineu, all offering a variety of restaurants, are just 10 minutes away by car. But don't forget to try the Es Pati de Montuïri Restaurant in the hotel.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We offer a car park in the hotel, free of charge, for our guests.
Is there free WIFI in the hotel?
Yes, there is free high-speed WIFI throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. The hotel has an outdoor pool, including a jacuzzi, offering views of Pla de Mallorca. The swimming pool area has a bar and snack bar where you can enjoy signature cocktails and snacks.
Does the hotel have a gym?

Is there a laundry service?
Yes, we provide a laundry and ironing service Mondays to Fridays.
Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?
No, the hotel is a smoke-free zone, so smoking is not permitted. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside the premises.

What is the tourist tax and how much is it?
The tourist tax is a tax on tourism stays that is used to fund environmental conservation and sustainability projects. The Eco-tax is currently €4 + VAT per guest per day.
What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport?
The best way to get to the hotel is by car, either by rental car or via a transfer that picks you up at the airport and leaves you at the hotel entrance.
