Day 1 | First steps in the pool

The experience begins with a private session in the hotel's pool. After a brief introduction to the basic concepts and equipment, you will learn how to breathe underwater, build confidence and become familiar with the unique sensations of diving in a comfortable and controlled environment.

Day 2 | At sea

After a quick recap, you will head out on a private boat to enjoy a real dive in the Mediterranean Sea. You will discover marine life, swim in crystal-clear waters and end the experience with a selection of local snacks and refreshments.

No previous experience is required. The activity is fully adapted to each participant's pace and skill level.
