Experiences are tailored to each guest, with safety and overall comfort always being the top priority. Locations and times may be subject to change depending on conditions to ensure the best possible experience.

Booking: A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required via bank transfer. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation. Balance: The remaining 30% must be paid no later than 24 hours before the experience.

Cancellation policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable due to the scheduling of private charters.
• No-shows / late cancellations: The full amount will be charged.
• Weather conditions: If safety conditions prevent the activity from taking place, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
